50 Minute Individual Therapy Session

$200

Christine Quintana, LPC, CEDS, PMH-C

Licensed Therapist & Founder of MamaBloom Counseling

Accepting clients in Arizona, Florida, & Minnesota.

Similar to many specialty providers, I am not in-network with insurance plans.

I am happy to help check if you have out-of-network benefits. I use a service called Thrizer, where claims are submitted automatically so you only pay a copay for sessions. Most clients save up to 70% of my full rate, making therapy more affordable and stress-free.

How do out-of-network benefits work?

Thrizer

I partner with Thrizer to make using out-of-network benefits simple. Once your deductible is met, you’ll just pay a copay for sessions instead of my full fee, saving clients about 70% upfront. On our intro call, I can also check your benefits and what your co-insurance would be.

During our intro call, I can help you verify if you have out-of-network benefits and how much your co-insurance would be.

What if I can’t afford your rate?
Do you offer a sliding scale?

At this time I do not have any sliding scale spots available. I am happy to offer referrals or you can search on www.psychologytoday.com to find a therapist in your area.

How long can I expect to come to therapy?

There is not an exact estimate of how long someone would need therapy. Since everyone’s needs and progress are different, it is hard to give an estimate of how many sessions one would need. However, we will be creating a treatment plan that will include your goals for therapy. We will review it regularly to keep track of your progress and when you are accomplishing your goals for therapy.

Superbill

If you’d rather manage the process yourself, I can provide a monthly superbill for you to submit to your insurance company. With this option, sessions are paid in full at the time of each appointment.

We can review these choices during your intro call and decide which approach feels best for you.

Can you work with clients anywhere in the country?

Therapists can only provide services in the states where they are licensed. I am licensed in Arizona, Minnesota, and Florida. You must reside in one of these states for us to work together.

Do you provide in-person sessions?

Currently, I only offer Telehealth services. I can offer Telehealth as long as you are in the state of Arizona or Florida. If you are planning to travel and still want to have a session, please let me know ahead of time so I can check Telehealth regulations with the designated board of the state you are traveling to.

What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept debit or credit Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, American Express, FSA, or HSA.

Good Faith Estimate Notice

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.

You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
